Yeppers...that's it...it's true.
So, now that a few people have seen the blog, I guess I should let them know that this is just a place for me to rant and rave and carry on about nothing much...Terrible of me not to admit it before now, I know. But, too bad, too late and too fun to screw with people.
I have nothing to say. Not really. This is all about ego and fun. My ego. My fun. My blog...say what you will...It's still my blog...so there!

Actors...and the like.
I love movies. I admit it. I love them. All genres. Drama. Comedy. Sci-fi. Romantic comedy. Mystery. Suspense. You name it, I love them.
However, I do not love most of the actors in them these days. If I could meet someone like, say, George Clooney, or Tom Hanks, I would have to suggest that he keep his mouth shut and speak only about his charitable works. Being a rich Hollywood type who spends time out and about in the world, does NOT qualify you as an expert on the Worlds affairs.
And, to be honest sir, I don't want to hear you talk about it. My suggestion is to take care of your own life, and keep your nose out of mine. Try not to spew your beliefs all over those who do not agree with them. Like me for example.
How I wish you would stick to acting and not spout your demolib crap at me. Although, since you began to speak out about your politics, I quit watching your movies. I won't even rent them. You see, I do not wish to put one single dollar in your pocket because I object to your politics. There. I admitted it.
I don't want to support your life style or your politics. And by paying to see your movies, I am inadvertently donating to a campaign by a man I have no respect for. Presidebt Obama. So one day, after hearing you speaking out about how "wonderful Presidebt Obama is as a human being and what a fantastic job he is doing for the country," I decided I could no longer follow your career.
I don't know what country you live in, but, the one in which I reside is in crisis. A serious financial crisis. Our government is spending our money faster than I can earn it. Not faster than you can earn it of course. Since you earn so much money for a few months work while you 'play act' at working for a living.
I think you may have forgotten what it is like to struggle to live a decent life while earning little money. And since you have no known children, you are clueless about what it takes to raise them. Yet you want more and more of my money to go to support those who won't support themselves even as I struggle to raise my own family.
How dare you. If you are so concerned about the downtrodden, the poor, the put upon people of the world, donate more of you millions to charities willing to support them. If I had the money you do, I would donate lots of dollars to those charities.
And please, stop supporting a man who is doing his level best to destroy our country from the outside in by dividing us. By supporting him, you are telling us, your fans, that we are horrible evil people because we object to the divisive nature of the current president who you so obviously adore and support.
I wonder if you realize you are one of the 1% that his followers are demanding turn over their money to them. Since you are so rotten evil and are not paying your fair share of taxes...Of course, your support may actually guarantee that their are "legal loopholes" to protect the friends of this president.
But, I have no such protection. Nor am I one of the 1% unlike you, I work hard for my money and I firmly believe I should be allowed to keep as much of it as I need to take care of my own business and life.
I ask no one else for anything. Not money, not anything. I am proud to take care of myself. As I'm sure you are too. I am appalled at your insistence that things will be better for people like me, if our government takes more from the rich. What a load of bullshit. I really hope you get a clue sir...and before the election in November...

What to do...
So, I belong to this Facebook group that talks a lot of politics. I used to love checking in and reading what people in the group had to say.
Some of these people are far better educated than myself and it shows. But, they never made me feel like my opinion and or ideas were any less valuable than theirs.
I can't express how much I liked this. The civility made me feel not only welcome, but safe enough that I could express myself without feeling as though I had no value as a person due to my beliefs and opinions.
Sadly, this has changed rather dramatically with the addition of just a few people to the group. Their "attack anyone who disagrees with them attitude," is off putting to say the least. They accuse and call their "opponents" names like; ignorant, uneducated, etc, etc etc...You get the drift.
I wasn't surprised to find myself defending people I do not always agree with. In fact, I have disagreed with these people rather vehemently at times. Still, I think they have the right to say what they will, what they believe and I understand their opinions are based on their own life experiences. As are mine.
It is obvious it times, that I find their posts irritating, and just plain wrong. But I hope I never attacked them for their thoughts. I try treat people as I wish to be treated. Respectfully, and with civility. Both of which are missing from our national and group discourse these days.
I find myself in a quandary. Do I stay in the group that I enjoyed so much? Or do I leave because I object to this handful of people and their "hate filled rhetoric and mob mentality" as they go out of their way to hi-jack this group?
I will miss the people who left us due to the sudden degeneration of civility.
And now, I must admit, I find it a little surprising how quickly the tone changed once these few people came on board. And, it makes me sad as well. Mostly because I have been "introduced" to people that have made me think about the state of the world, the country and my life in a totally and not always comfortable way.
I suppose I must make a decision soon. But, in all truth, I am avoiding doing so. Even though these few people are making many of us miserable, I still like the thoughtful and thought provoking posts I see from time to time, by the people who are actually coherent.

Gun Tracking
I do not believe that Presidebt Obama's policy toward guns, gun control, gun tracking, is proper. Or legal, for that matter.
Having said that, I truly wish more Americans were aware and understand, if the feds outlaw guns, only outlaws will have guns. I don't know about you, but, this is a frightening idea to most of us who own them and understand what it could be like in this country if guns are outlawed.
It puts all "law abiding citizens" at risk of being over run by those who are in control of, have more and bigger guns. Or, perhaps even more dangerous weapons. Which, we already are to some extent. Especially along the southern border states. Montana is also a border state. We do not have the problems that Arizona, for example, have with illegal aliens entering this country. But, if we did, I believe things would be quite different around here.
I can understand why the Administration doesn't want anyone to have guns. Registered or not. Tracked or not. It would put the federal government at a great disadvantage should "We the people" rise up and seek to overthrow a government bent on absolute (and illegal,) control of its people. Since I think the citizens may have more weapons than the military. Which Presidebt Obama can now use to subdue us anytime he feels we are getting "out of his control."
A law, by the way, that is illegal and goes against the Constitution of the United States of America.
Our founding fathers gave us the Constitution. WE, the people, should follow it, whether we agree with everything in it or not. It has helped to form this country. It has helped to make us greatest Nation on earth. Regardless of Presidebt Obama's obviously being ashamed to be an American.
We shouldn't be arguing there are 'gray' areas of the constitution that need to be struck down. Or that the founding fathers never "envisioned this."
Little by little, we are allowing the few in the Country's capitol to tell us what we can and cannot do as Americans. Little by little, they are eroding our freedoms. And we seem to be sitting on our asses, and allowing our Congress and Presidebt Obama to get away with it.
So, what is the solution? Well, how about we vote out every member of Congress who voted to approve these bills? How about we get rid of the current President and try again.
I, for one, cannot accept the idea of four more years of a man who is incompetent, ashamed and embarrassed to be an American. A man who thinks that taxing 1% of our population into oblivion, is not WRONG. Even though it is against the Constitution and as such, is wrong for America. We are being "led" ( I use that term loosely) by a man who thinks nothing of approving new laws that so obviously violate the Constitution he swore and oath to uphold and defend.
To me this is not a man worthy to serve as my president.
So, my decision is made. I will vote for "Anybody but Obama!"

To my friends on Facebook and around the world; Your suggestions that I should get my own blog and vent my frustrations, irritations and happiness on the world were well meant and sometimes irritating. Still, I did get your point.
This blog is for me. So I can vent, tell stories, talk about things I hate, things I love and just be myself. You may agree. You may disagree. I really don't care. Should you choose to leave a negative comment however, you may find I can be snarky and asinine.
I will certainly have a few choice words to say to you...Such as, get your own blog. This one is MINE! MINE MINE MINE...That way, you can say whatever you wish to say, and I can choose whether I will follow you or not.
I am a political being. I am a fiscal conservative with a few quirky, possibly liberal, ideas. I believe in this country. I believe in the Constitution. I believe in the United States Military and I believe in most of the people in the United States of America.
I dislike Presidebt Obama's fiscal, energy, domestic, job and foreign policies. Just to name a few things I DON'T like about the current administration. I believe he is a mealy mouthed divisive Chicago style crooked, lying politician who needs to GO!
So, this is how I see it. I speak my mind about what I believe. I may or may not tone down the language and the rhetoric. I guess it will depend on the day. And what I feel like saying.
I may be rational one day and irrational the next. I could be raging and livid one moment and coldly unemotional a second later. I am who I am. I will be who I will be at the moment. I will comment and editorialize, tell the truth as I see it or, lie my ass off in the very next post.
I have choices. You have choices. I can do what I want as long as I cause harm to no one. As can you. We can agree to disagree. Or you can get bent and f#*k off. No one is forcing you to follow one word of what I have to say.
